Fabulous Foreclosure Deals
Great opportunities available currently for those fortunate enough to have the cash to spare. I have lived in Florida now for almost 20 years and I have to say that the prices are right back where I started some 18 plus years ago.

Anyone wondering whether or not to dip their feet in the water should jump. I have noticed banks are now putting homes into the LONG TERM RENTAL market until prices increase, so the trend appears to be that BANKS themselves are jumping on the bandwaggon and want to make more money by hanging onto the homes for a couple of years.
